PRICES

Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT

Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. We also use card payments via the website which is a secure site. 

Cash can be accepted for goods being collected that are not specifically made for you. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise. 

Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with The Stonehouse Gift Company.

DELIVERY

All items are delivered with Royal Mail. Once made and packed your order will be with you within 4 days, unless personilsed items. These will take 7-10 days 

We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.

VARIATIONS

Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.

We will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to sort any problems out as quickly as possible.

BURNERS 

When purchasing a wax melt burner, please do NOT leave these unattended. Only 1 t-light per holder (unless the duo holder is made for 2) do NOT exceed 4 hours burn time, keep away from children and pets. Burns/ and fires are a huge risk. Please please take care.

Light,Brightly Coloured and Clear Images work best on these. Dark/shadowed or blurry images are not recommended.

Small images or text are not recommended.

Photo collages are not recommended.

WHAT SHALL I DO IF THE WAX MELT DOESN'T SMELL ANYMORE?

Over time, the fragrance from wax melts will evaporate, but the wax will still remain. Simply allow the wax to cool before removing it. Our wax melts are made from high-quality ingredients, ensuring they last longer than others.

HOW DO I GET WAX OUT OF A TEALIGHT BURNER?

Light a tealight under the burner for about 10 seconds, then blow it out. This is the most effective way to loosen the wax in the burner. For an electric burner, turn it on for a minute until the wax softens slightly, and then pop it out. We do also stock wax liners which are reusable and a lot easier to change the wax melts.

ARE WAX MELTS SAFE FOR PETS?

Wax melts are safe for all members of the family, including children and pets. As stated before, children and pets should never be left unsupervised with burning wax melts 

CAN WAX MELTS EXPIRE AND GO OFF?

The fragrance in wax melts has a shelf life of 12 months. Our wax melts are designed to give a strong scent to your home.

HOW CAN I MAKE WAX MELTS SMELL MORE?

Melt your wax for 15 minutes until you can smell a strong fragrance in your room, then blow out the tealight in your melter. The warmer will continue to scent your home until it cools down. 

SHOULD I SEE SMOKE COMING FROM MY WAX BURNER?

White smoke is normal when burning high-quality wax melts, as it's the fragrance oil evaporating. If you see dark smoke, blow out the wax immediately. Check your burner for cracks and never leave it unattended.

WILL WAX MELTS DISAPPEAR LIKE SCENTED CANDLES?

Wax melts do not evaporate or disappear like scented candles. Only the fragrance oil evaporates. Removing the wax from your burner when you can no longer smell the scent is all that's needed.
